PGVFX, Polaris Global Value run by Bernard R. Horn is like a go anywhere fund. Currently this invest around 35 % in US equity and rest international. Value Approach of manager is remarkable for it ranks in top 1% of funds in return from last 5 years. Even in the bear market of 01,02 this gave a positive return. Some people do argue, that it is an all cap fund so it benefitted from the small and mid cap run of last few years. I would say pairing this with PRWCX- T Rowe Price Capital Appreciation and LSGLX Global bond fund is just what needed if one likes not to hold too many funds in portfolio.
For me it was a toss between OAKGX and PGVFX, both great global funds for any cycle of market.
